Our Sales Philosophy

Today’s marketplace is full of companies making outrageous promises yet offering little or no proof or support of their claims. Many of these same companies have and will continue to survive on impulse buyers who may be uneducated about their products. We understand that the decision to invest in a permanent coating for your home is not one that can be confidently made after a flip-chart presentation and some well placed words by a salesman. We want you to not only be educated about Liquid Ceramic, but also feel comfortable with all aspects of the proposed project. For this reason our first move is NOT to send out a salesman. We want you to do your research and investigate our “competition”. The more you look around, the more Liquid Ceramic will make sense.

So you’re interested. Now what? 

1^st - Review this site! We have made sure that all technical, safety, and performance test results are available right here for your review along with answers to frequently asked questions as well as before and after photos of some of our local projects.  

2^nd – Give us a call or fill out our contact form. In Austin you can reach us at 512-262-2220 or in surrounding areas toll free at 866-664-6868. We’ll get an information packet sent to you right away and set a date for you to receive a project estimate, usually a week or so out.  

3^rd – You will be visited by our Project Coordinator who’s role is not that of a salesman, but rather that of a guide who will take exact measurements of your home, explain your project in detail, answer any remaining questions you and your spouse may have and present you with our best price upfront. By the time this visit is complete, you will have all the information necessary to make a confident decision.
